It will focus on the tangible benefits that can be derived from the creative application of existing consumer and commercial products and internet services.

SOCIAL MEDIA SURGERY
Delegates will have the opportunity to visit the Social Media Surgery throughout the morning session. Get expert advice on how best to utilize social media, resolve media problems or network in the café.

Visit more the 'market stall' demonstration stands, hosted by public, private and voluntary sector services from across the country to showcase the tools and resources they have developed, and talk with strategic and operational officers about how these could be applied to your area to deliver services in health, housing, social care, education and community safety.

Delegates will be able to choose from one of several specialist workshops, providing an in-depth opportunity to share ideas, debate best practice and explore practical solutions.

Paying for Care and Nottinghamshire County Council would like to share the exciting work that is being done in Nottinghamshire and across English and Welsh Local Authorities to manage risk of self funders and reduce the estimated £1billion pressure.

Talkingsense.org psychological therapy e-clinic

The workshop will showcase The Talkingsense.org e-clinic, which offers access to mental health support and treatment through online NHS therapy clinics.

Masterclass 3: Digital Outreach
Get Connected, Get Online, Digital Outreach Programme

Ian Agnew, Chief Executive, Digital Outreach will explain the outreach business model, using case studies from the campaign and demonstrate how the original message can now be taken forward through new technology to help people see how it can benefit them to be online. He will also explain how the model can easily be adapted to be used to communicate many different behaviour change messages.
